The simple answer is everywhere!
We ship our eco-friendly pet products across the United States. This includes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska (in case you were wondering). The good news is that domestic orders that are over $75.00 will receive free standard shipping. We also ship to our international clients, including any location that is accessible by major carrier services. Have you heard? Domestic orders that are over $75.00 will receive free standard shipping! For orders below $75.00, the rate will be calculated based on the destination for standard shipping on domestic orders within the United States. Can’t wait to receive your Joué products? We have a “Economy Access” express delivery feature for domestic orders, which will see you and your fur-baby receiving your Joué products within 2 to 3 working days. Remember to select the express delivery option at checkout to ensure your delivery gets to you in time!

Joué has three shipping options so that you can choose the best option for your needs.
Standard Access:
3-8 business days - $5 - 10 (Free on orders over $75.00)
Economy Access:
2-3 business days
Global Access:
International orders typically arrive at their destination within 5 to 10 working days. However, your shipment will remain in customs for an amount of time before it is ready for your collection.

Want to follow your order all the way to your door? We make it possible for you to do just that! Once your Joué products have been shipped, you will receive a tracking link in your email inbox. The carrier may take 1 to 2 days to provide tracking information so if you really can’t wait to see where your order is, reach out to us at help@jouepets.com and we’ll give you an update.

We strive to provide our customers with exceptional quality, sustainable pet products that both pet-parents and four-legged friends love. If, for whatever reason, you are not madly in-love with your Joué product, please reach out to our team and we will assist you with a replacement, repair, or return. Our replacement, repair and returns policy is only valid for product purchases from the official Joué website or authorized partners.

Our return and exchange policy is 30 days from the day you receive your new product that has been ordered off the official Joué website or authorized partners’ platforms.

How to Return an Item?
How to Return an Item?
To return a Joué product, you will need to return the product as well as the original contents of the package and original packaging. Please note that Joué does not cover shipping fees for refunds. You may use a trusted carrier to ship your return to us and it is recommended that you provide us with a tracking number to ensure a seamless process. We do not, however, take responsibility for delivery of the package.

In most cases, you can expect a refund in the same manner in which you paid for your Joué product. You can expect the refund to be reflecting within two weeks from the date we receive your delivery. It is noted that, from time to time, outside courier services mark packages as ‘Delivered’ without having delivered the product.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. Allow up to two weeks from delivery confirmation for the refund to post to your original form of payment. Sometimes the courier marks the package as "Delivered" days early. We cannot take responsibility for carriers not delivering the package. We do not take responsibility for delivery of the package, and you will need to follow up with your courier service in this case.

We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting, so we offer a 1-year warranty on our products. Wear and tear may happen, especially when pets are involved, but if your items are damaged within a year of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. Email us at help@jouepets.com to chat about our warranty. We do not accept returns or exchanges for dirty or pet damaged items. However, if the product you received is incorrect or breaks, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
